Worst management I've ever seen

Pros

Work from home. Nothing else.

Cons

They claim FNZ is a tech company. However it is led by leaders without any sense of tech delivery. Both CEO and President are bankers. They also hired a group of senior leaders from banks. Those people seem to have "digital transformation" experience in those banks, however, their main job in banks is more like vendor management, i.e., managing their IT vendors. So finally, noboby knows how to manage tech delivery in and by FNZ.

A great place to develop your career if you can keep up

Pros

A dynamic and exciting place to work. If you're ambitious, diligent, and hardworking then FNZ will open up with a plethora of opportunities to support your career. Good people who are passionate about what they do and ultimately FNZ's mission of financial inclusion is reflected in the large number staff that remain at FNZ over the long term and also by their (staff) ownership of the firm. The trust that large Financial Institutions have in FNZ reflected in the exponential growth of Assets under Administration, operations in a dozen markets and over 1500 people globally is a validation of what FNZ's achieved collectively through its staff under the visionary leadership of the Founder. The work-life balance is reflective of being part of a fast-paced high-growth company. The opportunities on offer to be exposed on the cutting edge of fintech across global markets and client types is really quite unique.

Cons

Due to the fast-pace of growth that the firm is experiencing, there will be some inevitable growing pains however this is not uncommon in other businesses experiencing exponential growth. The career development opportunities and exposure outweigh the cons.
