The company growing fast all over of the world especially in the last 2 years. There are many opportunities to participate in the new business sectors.
Cons
With the fast growing changes, the infrastructure is not well established in new countries. It requires a person to do all kinds of tasks in order to close a business deal.

great benefit (health, vision, dental, life and 401k), they match 401K from day 1 of your employed date, no out of pocket money for the insurance
Cons
too much drama ; co-worker was dating with one of the managers (not married but had kids together) manager can do whatever they want, no HR on site, no future advancement in the company, no evaluation, must ask for raise
