Good pay. You can talk yourself into getting an amazing hike.
Cons
1- bad bossed who hate to see their juniors do well. 2- extreme agism and obsolete thinking which would have been relevant in 2003. 3 - more focus on winning awards than doing good for the client. 4 - more bureaucracy than a government office with pointless processes that lead to nothing. 5 - bosses are also very intrusive and want to know everything about your personal life. had to block a few on social media.
