If i could leave a negative 100 rating i would! This place is an extremely horrible place to work. The owner needs to know what's going on with the leadership team, they are listed on the website. They harass employees daily telling them.. remember we can fire you. They don't provide the proper and complete training. An lpn was heard saying that residents are given the wrong meds all the time because no one is fully trained to do meds. The leadership team allows other employees to talk about and harass other employees. Employees leave in tears daily for leadership and employee friends of leadership Harassment. Some of the ones leavining positive reviews of a great place to work are part of the group that singles out and harasses others.

Management does not care about you. They will not work with your school schedule and they don’t care if you’re sick, they will want you at work. They will work you until burnout.
