good work environment, didn't have to work that much to exceed goals, existing accounts to build off.
Cons
micro management, lots of change in leadership, was sold to a parent company at the end of 2024.

If you’re starting out in sales it’s decent but don’t expect a career. They don’t care about their reps.

The products are great! It’s a decent stepping stone career if looking to see if sales is for you. Good base salary. Optometry Industry is great.
Cons
They don’t care about their employees. refusal to change. high turnover. influx in commission, constantly changing it to better the company, not the reps. Toxic management and culture. Very negative setting. Lots of travel, territories are very large.
