      Interesting field and product but unstable environment

      Good patents and Dynamic company. Positive feedback in terms of decision making, independancy and freedom of activity

      Cons

      Unstable environment and financial difficulty making daily life difficult to handle.Low visibility in future and low investments in new directions.

      Pros

      Overall most of the people are nice, provided you stay on their good side.

      Cons

      Very small company, leadership lacks the vision, R&D lacks the technical vision and it shows with what they sell. Day by day operation as money is tight. If you value your career do not waste time! Who know if they will be around next year. Meru Networks has the same channel blanket scenario and look at how well they are not doing.
