      Pros

      Provide salaries on time, CEO is a very good person, Frequent fun activities.

      Cons

      1. Seating arrangement is very bad, worse than a cafe. 2. Micro-management by managers and some senior employees. They take their own decisions. 3. HR is rude, she will ask you come to her cabin and tell you search a new job in one month because they don't have any projects. 4. If there is no projects they will ask you learn new technology according to third party company requirements. If you fail then they will ask, why you failed in the interview. 5. They will ask you to sign a bond of 2 year with average hike. Don't get in the trap. 6. 3 months notice period, which we have serve for no reason. If they want they can leave you within a single day.

      Pros

      No work load. Relaxing environment If you wants to sit idle join.

      Cons

      No matter how good you are with your skills, you will be always demotivated by higher management. Your performance will be measured based on extra activities you participate. Higher management is trusting on wrong people. Even if you are talented and highly skilled, you have to work under few people who don't even know T of technical. Very few learning and opportunities.

      Pros

      1. Only if you are very lucky and get a good project then you will get chances to learn 2. You'll get annual events for the fun 3. Evening snack at your desk 4. Its not a company its a matrimonial site.

      Cons

      1. The company is all about their family. 2. Every month you will get a new project 3. All seniors working from 10-12 years will not let you shine 4. They'll not let you settle in a single project for a week and expect you to perform extraordinary. 5. Please be aware from all the female mangers. 6. You'll find some manager who don't deserve to be a manger but just because they belong to their family, you'll be force to work with them. 7. just to look cool CEO will only visible in some events like photographer. 8. If you are a good Smoothie, you can join.
