      Close knit team, opportunity to climb the corporate ladder, lots of opportunities

      Cons

      They worked you like they didn’t care. You felt like they treated you as a robot or a machine. Long hours and constantly feeling like you would get fired if you didn’t reach your numbers for the day. They know churn is high and sdrs will get burnt easily so they use end abuse until they find one person willing to fight for it with their blood sweat and tears and promote them. But honestly not worth it.

      Pros

      What a wonderful ride it has been thus far. Expert Institute is a place that challenges you to become the greatest version of yourself, and rewards you for doing so. The sales team from top to bottom here is high-energy. It feels like everyone realizes the incredible opportunity this really is and is running with it. It is great to be able to sell something that has so many people involved, from the law firms clients, attorneys, to our own researchers and customer success team. Knowing that you can make an impact on several people's lives with a transaction is great.

      Cons

      Expert Institute is growing insanely fast, and is incredibly competitive. Though this motivates me to get up in the morning, I have felt that sometimes perspectives in upper-management can be tunnel-visioned on results . Then again, it is a sales job.
