Nothing except provide decent salary.

Cons

Staffing based company and have limited client. If you get client, go & join them. If they insist you to join before client discussion, do not join. Ask to go through client discussion first. There is nothing for Fresher here. No senior or lead going to give you training. they don’t have any such training program for Fresher to enhance their skills. If you join them, they ll make business by sending you to any client for any profile irrespective of your skill set and growth.

Offer good CTC but later specify that all this are conditional

Completely illoyal. If they don't have future project visibility, they sell you to other company without informing you. Senior technical people don't take responsibility. They take easiest work in project. BDM talk all lie to fool you.
