Software and other facilities are not upto the level when compared to other company

No work life balance there

1. Less salary pay as per market standard. 2. Designation not as per your experience . Means promotion is not easy. Lots of politics is involved. 3. WFH is not easy even in covid situation. That is actually not a cons since it is an insurance company and might be to maintain the uniformity they follow to ask employees to come to office even if few profiles doesn't require that.

no work life balance manager has bad behaviour with employee mamangement does not analyse reasons for employee attrition. puts all pressure on existing employees, no responsibility to fill void left by previous employee. keeps disturbimg with work on weekends also, yet no credit given no friendly environment with peers, more than helping in sharing their knowledge they keep askimg for credits to have helped. no good support given during critical illeness also. management keeps harrassing all the time no cab facilities for women employee or anyone in general managet acts like boss more, very toxic work culture hr is least bothered about problems between manager and employee just acts a mediator
