Pros

Execo offers solid benefits and strong exposure to international clients, which is valuable for professionals looking to gain global experience. The people are one of the biggest highlights—many of my peers were talented, collaborative, and I was fortunate to build meaningful friendships during my time there. The office location is also convenient and easy to access. Because the company still operates with a startup mindset, there are opportunities to move across roles or expand responsibilities depending on business needs. For individuals who are proactive, this can create chances to grow and take on new challenges. Some senior leaders are also supportive and willing to advocate for their team members when they see potential.

Cons

As with many growing organizations, several internal processes are still evolving. While this can create opportunities to shape systems and take initiative, it also means workflows and structures are not always streamlined yet. Management experiences may vary across teams, but in my case, there were moments where management styles leaned toward micromanagement, which limited autonomy and slowed professional growth. Onboarding also felt inconsistent—while flexibility can be helpful in a startup environment, the absence of a structured onboarding process and hands-on guidance made the early stages more challenging than they needed to be. As a first-time manager responsible for handling an entire business unit, I would have benefited from stronger leadership support and mentorship. Beyond simply helping someone survive the role, new managers need guidance that actively develops their management skills and helps them improve team processes. In my experience, the lack of clear context, well-defined accountability, and consistent managerial support made it harder to grow effectively in the role and to proactively strengthen the way our team worked.

Pros

You'll feel stable as requisitions keep pouring, management takes care of you in a way you'll be able to focus on your tasks without the worries of having to face the client.

Cons

As mentioned above that there are many requisitions to be filled, it's a lot of work but we know we're making progress.

Pros

The office location in BGC is convenient and close to malls, restaurants, and other establishments, which makes breaks and after-work errands easy.

Cons

Management decisions often lack transparency and consistency, which creates ongoing uncertainty around expectations and job security. Performance recognition tends to feel influenced by personal relationships rather than objective results, making it difficult to stay motivated. Leadership is frequently disconnected from daily operations, yet evaluations are still made without full context. Termination and disciplinary processes are unclear, with limited opportunity for feedback or improvement, which contributes to a high-stress environment. Office politics and cliques are common, and communication sometimes feels driven by interpersonal dynamics instead of professional standards. Overall, this creates a workplace culture that doesn’t feel psychologically safe or collaborative.
