Pros

None, trying to convince you there's an opportunity but they really are just exploiting you. Not worth it, please don't waste your time!

Cons

There are very long hours, and the pay is horrible. They try to sell you this "opportunity" which DOES NOT exist. They exploit their employees so "management" can make more money. All you do is sell stuff. There are companies out there that you can sell products for that at least offer you some benefits.

We appreciate all feedback, and we thank you for taking time to come and leave a review. However, there are inconsistencies that we feel we must address, because we think you may have confused us with another company that is named similarly to ours and located in the same city: 1) Excel Management Group guarantees $12-14/hour, PLUS commission, PLUS bonus. This means that the BASE pay, the pay you get just for showing up- is between $480 and $560/week. Add in your commission and bonuses and you are well on your way to making 4 digit weekly paychecks. **We are aware of another company with a similar name to ours that only offers $8.50 an hour. We are not them.** 2) While we would like for each one of our employees to qualify for the next step in their careers with Excel Management Group, we unfortunately do need to weed out those that we feel would not be a good fit. Whether it is a work ethic issue, a personality clash, or simply a lack of drive, some people just aren't going to make the cut. We offer the same tools to each employee to advance, and the longevity of a career is completely within each employee's control. 3) In no way, shape or form do we lie to our interviewees or employees. We are 100% up front with the amount of work this will be, the pay you will receive and the benefits you will get. We hope that you find employment elsewhere that is a good fit for you. Pros

Excel Management Group has a great working environment. Owner, Zeik is a great man. He makes sure it's always a safe and comfortable environment and everyday he give the workers motivation to keep on going, reach their goals. Everyone working here always comes in with a positive attitude, ready to start their day! There's many opportunities here, you just have to work hard to get what you want.

Cons

Honestly there are no cons. Owner and workers make Excel Management Group a great place to work!

- Destroy lazy habits and improve your work ethic - Forces you to push yourself to new heights -Not a normal job -Paid weekly -Base salary If you plan to work as an employee for the rest of your life, this is not the place for you! The goal here is the fast track to management. This company wants you to earn your own office as quickly as possible with the knowledge of managing your own team. This is a stepping stone to being a business owner, and every owner in the nation whether they're millionaires or just started making their six figure salaries, they all started out on the sales floor. All of the resources are there for you to succeed. You have to implement them and elevate yourself to a new you.

Cons

Sales is not easy! It takes hard work and fearless dedication. If you're unable to be a good student and learn from your team members you will fail, and it will be at your own hand. - 3 weeks until first paycheck plan ahead!
