Pros
- Laid back atmosphere. - Owner and plant manager are super nice and helpful. - Good people to work for and with.
Cons
- Have to watch your paycheck on a weekly basis. Hours are wrong sometimes. - You get docked for a 30 min lunch even if you take a full 30 min lunch or not. If you clock in 1 min after your forced 30 min lunch you're tardy. So either you're working for free or tardy. Pick one. - Little to no opportunity to advance - Basically no benefits. - Pay is low compared to other plants

Pros
Good place to work with a laid back atmosphere. Friendly management and company owner. Family oriented. Owner is very easy to approach and his door is open for employees to come and talk.
Cons
The pay is not up in the range of larger corporations. The benefits are also on a smaller scale due to small company size and also more expensive.
