In the spirit of #metoo: Rampant sexism and sexual harassment starting all the way up and trickling down. Casual relationships at work are encouraged, even when there's a clear power imbalance that can result in the firing/promotion of the female employee.

From professional point of view - team is mediocre at best and the more senior technical position - the more apathy and communication issues you have with staff. Their approach mainly is to do everything in order to save status quo and continue do nothing. No planning, no estimations, no control, nothing. Just stand-ups with regular “so what is going on”. Mainly just on tasks came from above in no order or system. My manager was a sociopath with a very strange humor. To propose the new women employee to show breast on video call - easy! Calling C level management peers idiots and degenerates in front of employees - easy! Roasting someone who he doesnt like in front of the whole project - easy! Suggesting illegal schemes in order to avoid taxes (unnecessary btw) - sure! Sexism, ableism, ageism, racism, you name it. What is not there is real management framework, problem solving, empathy and decent behavior. Filling dirty after working there and very disappointed i even tried it
