Once upon a time in LaLa Land There was a Lala who always used to say, "This is not a Lala com-pany”. Irony LoL There was a total of 3 of them Lala's). This dialogue was particularly favorite of one of them you know whom I am talking about. There are so many things to say about this "One of the fastest growing companies in Insurance domain" but I got a life not like 2nd Lala (Loves to live in the office), But I will try my best as I am too motivated by this company to let them down.This 2nd Lala was very concerned about its employes and regularly liked to interfere in their personal life like giving relationship advice and how to choose partner. Some time I used to think this Lala should have in guru profession. This Lala was very fond of taking meetings and humiliating employees so his day could start the day with a smile. This Lala wants to change the way of working without changing a single thing (Irony). This Lala land has open door policy any one can share their opinion with the Lalas and become their target. You can say whatever you can for the sake of the company, but you know what how it would be LALA land if it will consider employee view. The essence of the Lala company is to do what Lala wants. Lalas regularly change their policy according to their best interest of their employee If they don’t like you they can fire you any time with any number of policy but when you want to quit they have strict policy for all I.e. 3 month notice.
