Pros

The company treats employees well and fosters a positive work environment. The team is supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with. Leadership is approachable, and work-life balance is generally respected.

Cons

Career advancement opportunities are limited, with few clear paths for promotion or professional growth. Employees looking to progress into higher-level roles may find advancement challenging over time.

Directionless and Unstable

Pros

A handful of good people, but who are largely held together by shared frustration and the current job market.

Cons

Workloads are very uneven. If you’re capable, you end up taking on more and more, while others seem protected. There’s no clear company direction. Priorities change constantly, which leads to months of wasted work and burnout across teams. The business is constantly restructuring, and it feels reactive rather than planned. Since the acquisition, it feels like the investment firm is focused on exiting rather than building the business, which has resulted in ongoing cost-cutting and repeated restructures.

Pros

- Staff are great to work with - Great opportunity for career growth then move on.

Cons

- Poor Management - Frequent structure changes - High employee turnover - False promises - Horrible company direction, constant reprioritization - Frequent redundancies within two years, particularly affecting experienced employees, as part of cost-cutting measures. Has created alot of anxiety and concerns for existing staff. - Unfair workload distribution, certain cases will be allocated to support additional responsibilities. - Discrepancies in pay between new and existing staff members with years of experience
