Variety of shifts, from morning to midnight. Ability to work in multiple areas based on skill or interest. Amazing team and management. Everyone is kind and understanding.
Cons
Shifts can vary based on trading levels. Some weeks you may only get one or two shifts, others 3-5. This means how much you work can really vary and isn’t great if you want something consistent.

Lots of different things to do if you like range, usually the work was pretty fun and enjoyable. You gain lots of different skillsets from one job. Great employee benefits.
Cons
Management was quite demanding and a bit unrealistic with their expectations of minimum wage employees. High staff turn-around. There can be lots of different managers at one branch and there's not always a lot of synergy between them.

- Very generous discount - Fun people to work with - Usually was not highly stressful - Variety in the jobs you performed each day
Cons
- Management was hard to contact/ did not connect with employees or offer support - There was nothing extremely exciting or interesting and most of the time it was just a fairly average job

Management allowed staff flexibility & also provided extra shifts on request Kind, fun fellow team members

Sometimes customers can be rude or intense which can make work difficult - but management was supportive and ensured staff always felt safe
