Pros

1- Consistent basic salary remittance; the company remits employee salary in the last workday of every month consistently. 2- Great learning environment; being a local and growing company, Eva has no issue onboarding zero experience employees with the aim of keeping them onboard for several years. 3- Mentorship; if you're lucky, you will have some very great mentors.

Cons

1- Bonuses are very inconsistent, and they will generally be delayed. Contract info is vague and does not provide the necessary minutiae which leaves you feeling like you got the short end of the stick. 2- Basic salaries are low; Eva generally does not pay good salaries, and they try to find ways to reduce how much they pay to employees in any way possible. For example, instead of increasing your basic salary, they would increase allowances, which don't benefit from rewards or bonuses. 3- HR is extremely un-professional; I'm talking about non-helpful employees, issues that span weeks or months before being resolved, if resolved at all. It's quite common and the "norm" to not reach a resolution with a payroll issue or a contract issue when dealing with HR, and it's quite common as well to not get clear answers or timely responses in any issues you face in the workplace. This point alone is quite disappointing and it's hard to reconcile having to deal with non-responsive HR employees for the full duration of your stay in the workplace. 4- Tech is minimal; Eva does not generally use up-to-date software, which leaves you lacking in the "keeping up with the rest of the world" area. 5- There is no circular 360-degree feedback, and I would not recommend responding negatively or giving negative feedback when asked about management or senior supervisors because they will definitely hold it against you. 6- Senior management is non-versatile and slow in responding to employee issues. In general, employee satisfaction is not a goal in this company. 7- Health insurance is a joke; the company does not attempt to provide decent health insurance and skimps on the level of coverage provided. 8- Little or no recognition for outstanding work; while every mistake you make will be pointed out, every outstanding performance you do is considered commonplace, and is rarely recognized financially.
