      You can have the opportunity to work with a rather international team (limited to European Countries) and a good place to get to know the EU machineries.

      Cons

      Local agents have limited career opportunities. Once you are for long time in this work-place it is rather difficult to have other career options as the skills and knowledge is very very specific.
