Pros

- good salary (similar to Apple and Google) - benefits (health, $100/month gym, with a small 401k match) - breakfast, lunch, dinner - the office is inside Playground Global so can interact with other startups - very few folks work long hours - got a new phone on a market

Cons

- lack of product focus, probably due to very good founding - all decisions are made by a single person - CEO - CEO gets us lots of attention and is raising lots of founding, but stays away from conflicts across management and management and employees - low phone sales, despite lowering the price few times - high attrition - lots of folks getting fired (management says that they left, although they got fired)
