Pros

Able to treat job as if it is your company. Can manage, create and modify your work based on your needs.

Cons

Management SUCKS, this company is a group of people who treat their enployees as number's. They have favorites and only promote their favorites. They never post position's of higher pay, rather inform the person they want for the job. There a company of "good Ole boys". The few minorities are "white washed". Manager's can't lead, rather direct with no true directional success. Their expectations have zero merit.

Pros

youre able to create your own schedule

Cons

The device is big and bulky and will definitely scratch you and you're vehicle up transporting it around. The devices are ok but kind of outdated now. Not many insurance companies cover the device so you have to make a lot of sales in order to be a successful rep because most patients wont be covered to use the device. There are no changes in terms of the devices being modified or altered to work better.

Pros

Niche products, patients tend to like the products, they actually help and work, good experience in medical sales.

Cons

There is barely any foresight from management. Little to no published recent research. Insurance coverage is terrible for the devices which makes it hard for the sales rep which then disappoints the Dr, and disappoints the patient. Things are messy at the home office and a lot of decisions do not make sense. Management is unfair at times - they tend to promote people who have pulled the wool over their eyes or make new positions out of thin air for family members. The amount of paperwork required for each patient is crazy. The company constantly seems to think they're going to get into trouble which makes the rep feel as if something shady is going on.
