      Small team that is easy to interact with and work through problems with. Lots of exciting projects you get to work on.

      Sometimes there is a lack of communication and you need to push for it more often than not.

      ERDL has fostered a creative and respectful environment where out of the box thinking and exceptional craftsmanship come together.

      Cons

      Parking can sometimes be difficult, but public transit is an option if you're coming from around the Boston Area.
