I don’t usually write reviews like this, but this experience left a lasting impression for all the WRONG reasons.
The process was filled with big promises that went nowhere and ultimately was just a complete waste of time. Communication swung between inconsistent and dismissive, with little regard for the time and effort candidates are expected to invest. For a company that claims to value people, the lack of basic respect throughout the process was hard to ignore....
The HR experience was particularly disappointing. Interactions with lead recruiters felt unnecessarily tense and, at times, outright unprofessional. There’s a difference between being direct and being discourteous. Instead of a professional dialogue, the tone often felt unwelcoming, which raises questions about the culture being represented.
What stood out just as much was the lack of clarity around what they were actually looking for. The process felt disjointed, with shifting signals and little opportunity for meaningful conversation, despite repeated indications of strong interest. It came across as disorganized and, frankly, performative.
All in all -- it left me questioning how candidates are assessed and whether there is any consistent or thoughtful approach behind the scenes. Based on this experience, I would advise anyone to think carefully before investing time here. And if another role is on the table for you, run for that one instead.
