Pros

I worked at Envista for some time and saw major changes after the arrival of the new CTO. Unfortunately, the company’s culture has taken a sharp downturn. The CTO has a pattern of bringing in his own people to high positions with inflated salaries. Existing employees who held those roles were pushed out, regardless of their performance. This trend is especially visible in the eCommerce department, where leadership has been replaced by people with little to no technical expertise — but very good at giving speeches. Decisions seem to be made based on personal networks rather than merit. Envista was an excellent company when it was part of Danaher, with strong processes, transparency, and growth opportunities. Sadly, it has now become an environment where outsourcing is favored, internal talent is sidelined, and short-term gains matter more than building sustainable teams. The leadership operates more like a closed circle, which feels unhealthy and unsustainable. Pros: Was a great company under Danaher. Some talented colleagues are still around. Cons: Nepotism and favoritism in leadership. Outsourcing and cost-cutting hurting quality. Employees with knowledge and experience are being replaced unfairly.

Cons

I will not recommend any one to join this company
