Pros

Work from home Depending on your leadership, it can be hands off Mobility is possible if you ask for it

Cons

Lack of bonuses Pay increases are small and do not match inflation Proprietary work so your experience here will not help at another position (aka time waster besides paying the bills)

Pros

Excellent benefits, pay and bonuses

Cons

CEO has old school thinking , can't keep CHRO's at that level. Too much change all the time due to poor decision making and forecasting.

Pros

CEO has such a higher approval rating than I would have thought

Cons

Zero respect from upper management. I am genuinely curious if the amount of turnover at this company is public. I say this because nearly every single person I've worked with who is good at their job has left the company in the past two years. But those who don't quit are either laid off or totally overworked. Managers are expected to work 60+ hour weeks, especially those who have experienced layoffs on their teams. HR is insanely disorganized; HR managers can't even find candidates leaving positions open and the expectation to keep the team performing at same level. "CEO Forums" are a joke, they do not want input from anyone under an L1 (CEO direct reports) or if you are lucky they may listen to you if you're an L2 (2 levels under CEO). They expect everyone to be fearful of the CEO; if your team does something wrong and you're scolded by him you just put your head down and take the verbal abuse. No room to criticize anything management does and no room for growth unless you are part of their boys club. The annual bonuses are considered a gift and we should be so thankful to the CEO and his generosity we are awarded them, despite the fact that they don't even begin to compete with inflation. I've checked the reviews on this site before and to revisit now and see how drastically the rating has increased while nothing internally has changed is mind boggling.. I just felt compelled to write one. Please just disregard this as a disgruntled employee, I genuinely mean this as a warning

Pros

Insurance benefits, quarterly bonuses, ability to make your own schedule (for the MOST part; you still have required meetings weekly)

Cons

Toxic workplace culture, poor leadership, inconsistent (job expectations change with the wind), unforgiving (employees are reprimanded for the first transgression rather than corrected and guided), controlling and manipulative managers, lack of support and empowerment, no training program in place (have fun flying by the seat of your pants)
