      Pros

      Not a bad place to work, owners actually care about the business and put in the work- they also have really cute dogs they will bring to the office

      Cons

      Mostly a family company, like 75% of the company is related and been there for like 15-20+ years. So if you are in, you are good. If you are not a family member or favorite, it’s not the easiest place to work.

      Pros

      Family oriented... they will work around your schedule. Perks like only working 7.5 hours a day and fully paid employee benefits. Super friendly employees (if you meet the right ones).

      Cons

      Managers have had no management training (this company went from 0 to 100 real fast). Every department is run differently so pick wisely. Also, the pay is very low unless you are in upper management.
