      Established in college and university area.

      Cons

      company sold to large rinvestment group. Upper Management that has been brought in either think it is 2002 financial environment or are paper-pushers from other agencies who underperformed there as well. The result is acompany with upper management that is disconnected from senior mangement and the collection staff. Massice compliance and training issues cloud this company that was once a very respected agency. If you enjoy a unprofessional work environment and empty grins from upper mangment this is the place for you.

      Pros

      The people are very pleasant to work with for the most part. The scheduling flexibility makes the atmosphere bearable.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't offer clear direction of expectations. There is a fundamental disrespect of the non-management employees by upper management. Glass ceiling if you are hard worker. Poor compensation for diligent employees.

      +Flex schedule +Bonus checks prior to new ownership.

      Cons

      -Managers don't know what they are doing half the time. -No more flex schedule. -No room for growth. -Company looks for any reason to deduct from your check. -Negative atmosphere. "Due to drastic pay cuts" "Write ups" -Upper management lies to its staff in regards to status of company and changes. -They shaft you out of your fringe benefits. -Expensive insurance.
