Coworkers are nice and give support from your back. Flexible work schedule. Boss is in the office twice a week.
Cons
Limited growth opportunity, tough and picky management style, low compensation and very limited benefit such as maximum 7.5 days vacation and 4 days personal day a year, no dental and version insurance and 25% employee payment for medical insurance, etc.
