Amateur, non-communicative and badly managed online teaching site drew me in with an alleged support structure and in 8 months they failed to provide a single class despite me responding to 10 or so trial lesson offers - and I refuse to believe all 10 of those were simply cancelled at the student's behest. Pathetic.

They're scammers. The staff does NOT speak good English. I had to stop working due to an unplanned emergency in my family, and despite the contract not specifying anything about being obligated to work for a certain lenght of time, they refused to give me any of my salary. They kept all the money I earned, and stopped responding to e-mails. They also do not answer their phone line. Huge scam, stay away.
