      Pros

      Atmosphere, work-life balance, flexible working hours, paid overtime for engineers when required, people.

      Cons

      Terrible office standard, full-time contracts only (no B2B contracts available), no plan to keep good employees, work from home became possible in 2017 but management often discourage people from using it, low pay increase during promotions.

      Working for GE with GE's culture Interesting projects Multinational teams Access to new technology Company is interested in the Internet of Things A wide range of benefits

      Cons

      Salaries Workload Management can be really good or really bad Hard to become noticed Benefits are much lower in value than in other companies You can earn very little money while the management does not care and HRs lie to you that you are making a lot. Pay rises are silly small. A new hire can earn comparably to you even when you have 4 years of experience.
