      Pros

      Traveling, high per diems, that's about it really

      Cons

      No raises, management structure, poor software, misplaced trust, owner didn't take anyone serious, board doesn't listen, owner lied for gain, the only reason this company exists is because it's closest competition is sap and they charge 10 times the money for 100 times the product but the smaller oil and gas companies can't afford it

      Pros

      There are some great people that work there, but that is it at this point.

      Cons

      Poorly organized, zero training, not enough communication on important items and too much on stuff that does not matter. Raise, review and bonus structure is non-existent and seems very clickly. Managers have no experience as managers and are terrible at that job.

      Pay Off hours meetings were fun.

      Cons

      This company has some of the worst software I've ever encountered. Although antiquated that isn't even the biggest problem as they are migrating from VB.net to C#. Training is non existent and you are at the mercy of your supervisor on that section of the team. Extremely clicky and ran like a good ol boys club, I regret having worked here as I didn't learn anything except how to navigate the terrible in house software.
