      Decent place to work, but a bit too political for my liking.

      Pros

      Overall it was a decent place to work. I think the CEO was a great leader and really did care about his employees.

      Cons

      Very political within my team. Every time I would go into the office I would have to hear very left leaning comments such as "Masculinity is terrible", "How social media isn't doing it's job by not blocking a specific posts about covid, presential elections, etc", and then when I go onto my weekly calls I hear the exact opposite where its extremely right leaning. Preferably I would have liked to work in a environment where this type of stuff wasn't brought up on a day to day basis and just focus on the work at hand.

One of the highlights is the opportunity to visit HQ in New Zealand, which adds an exciting dimension to the job. The work itself is challenging and engaging, providing ample opportunities to solve complex problems. Endace offers flexible hours and a hybrid working model, which greatly contributes to a good work-life balance. The company also organizes team lunches and events both in New Zealand and in Chennai, which helps in building strong team relationships. Management is transparent and approachable, and the Kiwi culture is evident in the way the company operates. Overall, Endace is a great place to grow professionally while enjoying a supportive and dynamic work environment.
