Very interesting experience, learnt a lot from the team, good for you if you want to know more about social enterprises and can let you practice your skills of event management, communication, teamwork, etc.
Cons
Almost everyone is on voluntary basis, so if you lack guidance on something others could be quite busy and may not really give you support on that, but this is understandable.
