-supportive manager
-career progression for those who want it
-new oncall payment
-listened to
- my salary has increased almost £5000 over the last 5year
Cons
-Unsupportive and negative coullegues (these people appear to be stuck in the past and are extremely negative towards change - this can have a huge impact on the rest of the time)
-staff demands off front line managers are unrealistic (they don’t appear to understand that you also have a job to do)
-non operational management don’t understand the pressures or the team facilitator role
-large push for growth without the infrastructure and resources to support the growth
-poor recruitment thought out social care create more pressure on already tired workers

Individuals you support, great team within managers
Cons
Can be working for days at a time without breaks, constant on calls, managers leave regularly or go off sick because they overworked and unrealistic expectations on on call.

Many thanks for leaving your review. Whilst working in social care does require flexibility, I would like to reassure you that your experience is not the norm. We would be really grateful if you could email us at feedback@enable.org.uk so we can look into your concerns.
Staff at all levels are genuinely passionate about driving positive change and supporting the most vulnerable in our society which is refreshing to see. Managers are keen to support your professional development and offer lots of opportunities to try new things to expand your knowledge and skills. No two days are the same but it keeps things interesting and fresh.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind! Maybe more to do with third sector and funding but I've been working in third sector employability for the best part of 6 years now and Enable is definitely the steadiest ship I've been on yet

We really value all feedback from our staff, and it is really great to that our team take pride in and enjoy their work – thank you so much for sharing and all the best with your continued career at Enable.
There are not enough staff to be able to do your job effectively, time is wasted on constantly covering staff sickness/shortages. Not enough managers to cover services so things get missed

The salary isn't too bad but not worth the work load
Cons
Bullying from very senior managers even about hairstyles
Direct favourites of senior managers and if you're not a favourite you get ignored
Work load not manageable and leads to a high volume of people going on sick with stress
I have never worked anywhere as toxic
