RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Employsure full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Employsure has been an amazing place to develop a career, the business is very invested in learning both through formal programs and on job learning. Although I was already happy to be working for a company with a clear vision and purpose invested in their people, this was cemented over the last 12 months with their management of the COVID-19 crisis. The leadership team communicated frequently through various ways including the CEO running a weekly Q&A session. Whenever decisions were made, they were clear on the why and impact. Speaking with others who often felt left in the dark by their employers and uncertain of their future, I had a very different and positive experience and am very grateful for this.
Cons
None that I can think of

Pros
room for growth to those who work hard. Values based, so promotions and reviews are based on the values you hold and not just the capabilities in the role
Cons
departments can work in silo's not much transparency around what other departments do even when that can impact you and your role

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Employsure full-time for less than a year
Pros
One of the best aspects of working at Emplysure is the culture present in the workplace. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, it has been a joy to work at this company. I do also like having the ability to progress upwards within the company. That option for growth and development is very appealing.
Cons
Sometimes having a different shift time each week can be quite difficult. Due to the 3 hour swing of start times, it can sometimes be hard to build up a rhythm with all of the change. Apart from that there is no other cons I can provide.
