Pros
1. Small company with limited but supporting staffs 2. You get to learn about each and everything about the process that is you jobs as well as works of management. 3. Seniors teach you notjust the work related to the company but also guide you for future perspective 4. Just because of my experience and learning in this company, today i am placed in one of the biggest MNC's Gurugram branch.
Cons
1. Not a very big company so dont go if you are looking to do internship in an MNC only. 2. Sometimes you feel lonely and bored due to less co-workers around you.
