      Pros

      Not that much. Nice office. Thats it. Anf some cool People to work with.

      Cons

      - poor Homeoffice policy - they try to keep you small so you cant grow as a person - C-level are talking bad about employees -overtime gets not compensated -salary is low for what you need to deliver - everyone has a Masters but non of them have social and management skills -men are taken more seriously then women

      - guidance - regular 1 to 1 meetings - supportive team - young & fun company - flexible

      - the position was relatively new so processes were not streamlined but this was seen as an opportunity
