Pros

- Great culture & peers. People are very friendly, no matter the team or the area. Most of the people seem to really enjoy working at the company. - No micromanagement from no one. You are super autonomous to make your work and people trust you. - Almost unlimited food at the offices - breakfast, fruit, coffee, many goodies and care for the employees. - Team events, like video shooting, casual events at the office, company parties, etc. - The onboarding process is very carefully thought out. - The People Experience team is one of the most helpful and effective I've ever seen. - Great referral program.

Cons

- Low wages. I think the company is not working towards ensuring people stay around and get paid for what they are worth or what the market pays. No bonus. Salary increases beyond expectations. - The performance review process is a very cumbersome one - but very well thought out, nevertheless. IMO, even though the process is solid, I think engineers don't have to be evaluated for things like "evangelism" to the company (like the number of things you share on LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). It doesn't make sense to me the current evaluation process.

Pros

→ Great environment and people → Good work-life balance, with flexible hours and time off → No micromanagement → Training and improvement opportunities → Great offices, and awesome spaces with free food, coffee, and other goodies. There are events, parties, and some trips. → Good flex benefits provider (Coverflex)

Cons

→ Salary can be on the low side. Especially if you plan on working mostly remotely, there are a lot more interesting opportunities. Also no bonuses → The performance review process can be a little confusing → Consulting offers less stability in terms of volume of work and amount of clients. It's more easily influenced by market conditions, and frequently needs to make significant efforts to attract clients.
