Pay at time - Software Engineer xalts Employee Review

Could not think of any. In case negative rating is possible, I would have given that. The 4.2 rating on Glassdoor does not seem to be right

They have not built their own product and have acquired a defunct company. Non work ethics are followed and even customers are hoodwinked by showing figma diagrams whereas the products are nowhere near delivery. In the short time I spent, I saw two Engineering heads, HR head, Executive Assistant, recruiter and in total 7 people leaving in a short span. These people withold your salary during notice period which is of 2 months and take 90 days to provide your F&F. So forget getting your money for next 6 months if you put down your papers. Few people have witheld returning their laptops to get the F&F Founders hardly visit the office and just WFH though its not allowed for team members. They just seemed interested in increasing the valuation of company without building any product worth value

- CEO tries too hard to talk about highly technical topics that he clearly doesn't understand. he ends up looking extremely stupid, so much so that the entire technical teams jokes about it later - COO is a sadist. i genuinely. believe that her job is to make employees feel miserable. not sure what the point of that actually is - management in general have no clue what they're doing. they have changed their mind on their solution & business about 5 times since early 2023 - they threaten to sue almost every employee that leaves - they use fear and intimidation to get employees to work - having have threatened to fire over 10-15 employees multiple times, including 2 women that were pregnant, one of whom was actually let go when they found out she was pregnant - when an employee resigns, they organise an "all hands calls" and tell the whole company how the employee was fired for incompetency - when clients ask them for documents, they don't send it for days/weeks together so they can continue asking employees for ridiculous product enhancements that don't make sense to anyone who has any technical understanding
