Pros

An working environment where entrepreneurial thinking is celebrated and there is always a customer focused decision making process. Warm friendly team from across all locations, departments and seniority. Encouraged to try things, to collaborate, to capture feedback. An amazing nurturing ecosystem for both team and members. Every day is different (in a good way) and there is always a real sense of positivity and genuine caring. A real sense of respect and mutual trust across the whole team.

Cons

My only con is that I sometimes struggle to hear about all the amazing events going on across the locations.

Pros

I have genuinely enjoyed my experience. The culture is one of its biggest strengths people are supportive, collaborative, and invested in each other's success. Managers are approachable and places a high level of trust in employees to take ownership of their work and deliver results. As a growing business, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved in meaningful projects, contribute ideas and make a real impact. It's a great environment for anyone who enjoys autonomy, learning, and being part of a company that's evolving and expanding.

Cons

As with many scaling businesses the pace can be fast and responsibilities can grow quickly. Employees are often trusted with significant ownership, which can occasionally feel demanding when priorities shift or multiple projects are running simultaneously. However, this is largely a reflection of the company's growth and the opportunities available.

Pros

Only perks are the benefits but let's be honest, no-one goes to work for class pass or health care!

Cons

The company is very fake and everything is for show. Numbers are hugely inflated to make the company look good to the landlords. The culture is so poor no-one is happy! The directors are often verbaly aggressive towards anyone that questions them and aren't receptive to feedback. If you come from a private school background and know how to pretend like you know what you are talking about then you will be fine. If you aren't private school educated, be prepared to be treated like a number or a tick box exercise. You won't be cared about unless you are a show off. There isn't a single ounce of support from anyone, especially during the early stages, who needs training/onboarding anyway! People are very happy to throw each other under the bus as long as it makes themselves look good as teamwork doesn't exist, it's every man for themselves. Progression is spoken about on every weekly call yet no-one internal is ever progressed unless you come from a high class background. Most toxic place I have ever experienced and if anyone tries to speak out, you will be dragged through the dirt.
