Pros
-wikiHow is filled with incredibly talented, smart, and empathetic people. Everyone is driven and intelligent, but always kind and willing to help each other. They are people that you want to spend your time with. Nobody is a jerk, which isn't always easy to find at a company! -Rare chance to work on a small team feel yet you get to work on something that has massive public reach and is used by 100M+ people from around the world. -Always get to work on exciting new innovations -Horizontal org chart gives great access to the leadership team -Culture has a healthy dose of quirky-ness and employees can be themselves
Cons
-If you value a strict corporate structure/ladder, rigidly defined roles, and/or knowing exactly what you're going to be doing every day, wikiHow may not be the right fit for you. Personally, I like the fluidity and ability to work on different things without feeling pigeonholed, but I know that's not for everyone!
