They provide fabulous cooked lunches. Nice casual atmosphere, no dress code etc. Surrounded by pics of hot girls in tiny bikinis. Many of the staff members are very bubbly and friendly. Best of all - Awesome location - Byron Bay!

Somehow upper management are able to turn running a tiny bikini company into a constantly stressful affair. Since Peter stepped aside they're unable to make any solid decisions and follow through. Upper management panic about anything which goes wrong and the stress flows to all below them. Very toxic work environment.
