Pros
Overall working there was great, they trusted the developers, and at least in my team, things were done incredibly following good practices. The teammates were EVERYTHING they were amazing, good developers, good people and I use to think that if things didn't went south with the companie I would have stayed there for soooo long.
Cons
C-level didn't knew what they wanted nor what the market needed. The burned cash when there was a lot with no previsions, no plans, no true north. They ended up firing hundreds and selling parts.
