Worst Nightmare Company - Software Developer wTVision Employee Review

Don't fall for 5 star rating. I have worked there with 2 of my friends got selected as fresher as software developer position. Both of my friend left immediately after one month and I hardly survive 3 months and told by manager to put down the paper. Here mentioning the below points. Terrible working environment. Ther is no fixed hour and I have been there in office for 22hrs straight. Internal Politics is beyond level. No one is willing to give you KT. Poor Management. Not at all employee friendly. If you are other than software developer role then it will be good to you. I have seen lot of firing withing months or so..People were leaving like anything.
