Cons
Fixed Schedule. - Though you will decide your own schedule, it's gonna be fixed for 6 months. It means, you mustn't be absent in any case. Even if you're sick, penalties will be applied. Penalty. - All cancellations have penalties. 80% to 200% (whatever reason).
