The leadership team and other senior members are only in it for themselves, there is a serious lack of training or appreciation for those below exec level and you are thrown in the deep end and reprimanded for mistakes regardless of level of experience to save the seniors from looking bad due to their inability to manage teams well. If you make a mistake you are 'pushed out' or 'watched' without being told. It can be an incredibly toxic place to work, with little to no HR support. There is also not much room for career progression even when promised, but is a good place to gain some industry knowledge and experience.
