      Good people working hard on the front lines Company has good intentions and is actively working to improve employee experiences

      Being an American company run by German ownership in a matrix organizational model can lead to a lot of different chiefs to get input from Pay and benefits are good but not great.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
