      - Inefficient processes, making work hard, stressful, destroying motivation - Lack of transparency and management communication about bisuness status of the company - Lack of professional improvement on technical field, tasks are not interesti g and challenging

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
