      - friendly coworkers - low stress

      The people I've been working with don't seem to enjoy (or want to do) their job. This affects the whole atmosphere, and brings you and your motivation down.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
