      Pros

      Everyone at tPX possesses team-first, collaborative, and supportive qualities that drive productivity and work-life balance.

      Cons

      Remote-first company with option to work at the Encitias, CA office. Not really their fault at all but the more in-person get togethers, the better. tPX does a great job of keeping people connected both virtually and in-person at tradeshows or annual meet-ups.

      Leadership can be a bit misaligned at times; small size of the company leads to pretty frequent restructuring of roles (manageable if you're good with change)
